What does Soffie do?
Soffie is your sleep companion — guiding you into a peaceful night with soundscapes, bedtime routines, breathing exercises, and beautiful dreamscapes. Think of it as a cozy travel ticket to a different dreamland every night.
Is Soffie free to use?
Soffie offers free features along with a premium subscription that unlocks all soundscapes, routines, and personalization options. Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Manage or cancel your subscription any time from your Apple ID account settings. Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled under Apple's policy.
Can Soffie replace medical treatment for sleep disorders?
No. Soffie is a general wellness and relaxation app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Please consult a qualified healthcare provider for personalized guidance on sleep disorders.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion from within the app's settings, or email support@yoursoffie.com. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal information within a reasonable period. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Which devices does Soffie support?
Soffie is currently available for iPhone on iOS. For the best experience, keep the app updated to the latest version from the App Store.
How do the soundscapes work?
Each soundscape is a unique audio environment — ocean waves, campfire crackling, gentle rain — designed to help you drift off. Set a timer and Soffie fades the sound out as you fall asleep.
